What services do you offer?
I provide professional organising and decluttering services for homes and Airbnb properties, along with personal concierge support. This includes organising wardrobes, pantries, linen cupboards, bathrooms, and entire homes, as well as handling errands, booking services, and coordinating household tasks.
How does the process work?
First, we’ll chat about your space and what you’d like to achieve. Then, depending on your preference, we can either work together, or I can take care of the decluttering, sorting, and organising for you - ensuring everything is set up in a way that works best for you. If needed, I can also arrange donations (one car load per session), rubbish removal, or additional services like handyman support.
What are your rates?
Pricing varies depending on the scope of the job and your specific needs. I offer flexible packages, including one-time sessions and ongoing support. Feel free to get in touch for a personalised quote.
How long will it take to declutter my home?
Every space is different, and the time required can sometimes be more or less than expected. A three or six-hour session is a great starting point, and many clients book multiple sessions to work through different areas. We’ll create a plan together to keep the process manageable and stress-free.
I don’t know where to start—help!
That’s completely normal! Many clients feel overwhelmed before we begin, but I’ll guide you through the process step by step. No judgement, just support and practical solutions to get you organised.
Will I have to get rid of a lot of things?
Not at all. You’ll always have the final say on what stays and what goes. I’m here to support you through the process.
Can you help me get my home ready for sale?
Yes! Decluttering is one of the best ways to make your home more appealing to buyers. I can help organise your space and make it look its best using what you already own. If needed, I can also coordinate packing services, removalists, and other moving tasks.
I’m downsizing and don’t know what to keep - can you help?
Definitely! Downsizing can be tough, but I’ll help you decide what’s essential and what can go so your new home feels calm, organised, and just right for you.
What happens to unwanted items?
I can arrange for donations to be dropped off (up to one car load per session).
Do you take away rubbish?
I can coordinate rubbish removal on your behalf.
Do I need to buy storage solutions?
Not always. I try to work with what you already have. If additional storage is needed, I can suggest affordable, practical options - and even pick them up for you.
Do you clean as well as organise?
I do light cleaning as I go, like wiping down shelves or vacuuming once a space is decluttered, but for deeper cleaning, I recommend professional cleaning services.
Do I need to be home during the session?
It’s up to you. Some clients like to be involved, while others prefer to come back to a beautifully organised space. We’ll work out what suits you best.
Do you offer gift vouchers?

Are you insured?
Yes, I have insurance coverage, hold a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check, and I’m a member of the Institute of Professional Organisers (IOPO).
